Sales roles completed the picture, forging the kind of communication and deal-making instincts that only come from being in the trenches — where every conversation is a negotiation and every client relationship is built from zero.

When Arjun returned to Kochi, he carried all of it into real estate. No team. No safety net. Just a sharp mind, a strong network, and an absolute refusal to deliver anything less than the best outcome for every client. Property transactions were handled independently — client acquisition, investment advisory, negotiations, building a foundation that was earned, not handed over.
